All molds are shipped via USPS and ship within 7 days.

Please be advised that custom orders may take longer to ship, usually within 2 weeks.

Shipping rates start at prices listed below and go up with weight. All packages include tracking.

Returns

All sales are final. Once I ship an item and provide tracking, I am no longer responsible for the package.

Customs Duties

Buyer is responsible for any and all fees or duties once their package has arrived to their country.

Lost or Damaged Items

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once a package has left my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. If you ever receive an incorrect item, please contact me and I will work dilligently to correct the issue. Packages over 1 pound within the us will automatically be shipped priority mail and come with $50 worth of insurance. If you would like to insure your package for a higher value, please email me. if your package is under 1 pound but you would like it to ship priority with insurance, please select that shipping option.
